Stem 31.8 90mm 100mm 110mm Adjustable Bike Stem

I am haven a really hard time getting help on with the parts that have malfunctioned. I am thinking of returning it. This bike is becoming a waste of $750.00 I am in the process of trying to returning it. But being I made these complaints Bluvall is not helping me with these issues.
