If your purchase was made through an authorized Bluvall retail partner, returns are subject to the individual retailer’s terms. Please direct all inquiries regarding in-store purchases to your local Bluvall retailer.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Before Shipping

Please submit a support ticket, and our team will respond within 24 hours. A 3% processing fee applies to all canceled orders prior to shipment.

Shipped but Not Delivered

Order cancellation is permitted. Return shipping charges will apply:
  • $300 for standard ebikes
  • $100 for K10+SU8 ebikes
  • $50 for wheels, motors, batteries, trailers
  • $35 for all other parts & accessories

    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after deducting applicable fees.

2. ORDER MODIFICATION

Before Shipping

Free order modifications are allowed. Contact us at contact@bluvall.com to process changes.

After Shipping

No order modifications can be made once the order has shipped.

3. MODEL REPLACEMENT & RETURN

For Product Defects

Bluvall will provide technical support, replacement parts, and cover repair costs for valid manufacturing defects.

For Shipping Damage

Bluvall will supply necessary parts and cover related service fees for damage incurred during delivery.

Free Replacement & Return

You may refuse delivery for shipping damage (function-impairing), missing critical components, or confirmed quality issues.
Submit photo/video evidence to contact@bluvall.com. Once verified, we will arrange free replacement or return.

Note: Refusing delivery for personal reasons will incur the same return shipping charges listed above.

Definition of critically damaged items: Deformation of the main frame or core structure that prevents normal operation.

Exclusions from Free Return/Replacement

  • Minor outer packaging damage
  • Minor scuffs or paint wear on the product
  • Wear or damage to consumable components from regular use
  • Normal deterioration of parts after extended use

Additional Return Policies

New & Unused (Within 15 Days)

  • Full refund eligible
    • $300 for ebikes
    • $100 for SU8+K10 ebikes

Used Items (0–10 Miles)

  • Returnable within 15 days for a partial refund
  • Customer pays return shipping + 30% restocking fee
  • Bluvall can provide repair parts and guidance; factory repair is available at customer cost

Updated Return Policy

Returns Allowed with 50% Fee

Returns requested 15–30 days after delivery, or with 10–20 miles of use, or with minor signs of use affecting resale will be subject to a 50% fee of the original order amount plus return shipping costs.

Returns Strictly Not Allowed

  • Request made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Odometer reading over 20 miles
  • Missing core components (frame, battery, motor, tires)
  • Severe scratches, paint peeling, or heavy wear that makes the bike unresellable

Return for Quality Issues

Qualifies for free return/replacement (Bluvall covers return shipping):

Appearance/Shipping Damage

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Product must remain unused

Hardware Defects

  • Non-human-caused defects within 15 business days that affect safe riding
  • Confirmed by our technicians: irreparable motor/battery/controller failure, unsafe brake issues, or design-related safety defects

Other After-Sales Solutions

  • Quality issues outside the return window: Repair or part replacement is prioritized; returns are generally not accepted. Insistent returns incur a 50% fee plus return shipping.
  • Non-quality issues (shipping delays, etc.): Returns not allowed; compensation may be offered at our discretion.
  • Self-repair for quality issues: May qualify for partial compensation.
  • Incorrect shipments: Return the wrong item, and we will send the correct product.

Single-Item Compensation Options

  • Accessory credits ($100–$200)
  • Order discounts up to $100
  • Higher compensation requires supervisor approval

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
  • Original packaging must be retained and included with all returns.
  • Returns must include all accessories: battery, charger, keys, manuals, etc.
  • Replacement packaging fees apply if original packaging is lost:
    • $300 for standard ebike packaging
    • $100 for SU8+K10 ebike packaging

4. REFUND


Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item to confirm eligibility, we will deduct applicable fees and issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to post with your bank or card issuer. Contact us if delays persist beyond this period.
